Free Shipping within the USA
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental United States.
For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii do not count. For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated separately.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
Shipping within the USA
• UPS, FedEx, USPS – Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Exact delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
• Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services.
• Delivery time varies by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
• Additional customs fees may apply based on the regulations of your country.
Damaged Item Policy
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please inspect your package upon delivery:
• If the package is significantly damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment and notifying the carrier.
• If damage is discovered after opening, please contact us within 48 hours, providing photos of the product and packaging.
Order Refusal & Returns
If you change your mind or wish to cancel an order, please notify us before shipping. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, KoltexHomeTextile is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend choosing a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery or purchasing shipping insurance.
